I'm sorry you hurt so much & I hope it's not too long before you're feeling OK again, but like the others I had to laugh (same as when someone slips on a banana skin & the first reaction is laughter, but then concern comes after that of course. Hope you don't have to do this again though, 'cos next time you may not be so lucky & although you love all your bird families, you have to put yourself first.
