Bloody hell, The drama I have just had in the last 30 minutes! You couldn't write it I swear.
Tatty was making cup wider tossing the chicks about as doing it she tossed one right out the nest.
The chick climbed to front of the nest by the hole mum and dad left it and was feeding the others.
After 30 minutes of seeing this chick is going get left overnight and die, I climbed up on the shed fell back down as I did on my arse due to the metal roof being slippy with the rain.
Opened the front of the box and put the chick back into the cup (can confirm 7 chicks now haha)
Tatty was sat on the branch above me watching me, She didn't alarm call she didn't do none that. I put front back on the box and before I even got down off the shed she was back into the box.
I am going to take that as a sign she knew she needed help and wasn't worried about my being near the nest.
Pictures below first one is off the chick outside the cup off the camera inside the box second picture is inside the box when I opened it off my phone camera and 3rd is tatty back on her 7th chicks.
That is enough drama for one day, I am soaked, My arse is killing
but my chicks are safe that is the main thing!
