Yes, you are correct it was a lovely bit of footage after what can be a boring couple of weeks waiting for hatching which should be around May 10th if I'm correct with my sums.
Sue I wonder if he heard something outside and was protecting the eggs in some way although it wasn't necessary because Flo was there but you never know what the male instinct is telling him? I shall keep my eyes open for anything unusual like you say. icon_biggrin Did you notice she was putting her eggs deep into the nest cos it's so cold?
