Hi Matt,
I basically got a block of lard and melted it down, then mixed together meal worms, peanuts, bird seed sunflower hearts and put the mix into paper cups and topped the cup up with melted lard until it just covered the seed mix, I put a string inside it to hang them up also. Great fun to do especially with kids.
