Quite right Paul it's not about who gets the first nest, although you have got a pretty good track record. 
Had no visits yesterday at all very windy and cold. However, had a Starling visit this morning already. Perhaps it's because I have started to put out dried mealies hoping it will increase my chances. Think it was same bird same behaviour.
