Yes Beechnut, Just 1 blue tit nest and the sparrow nests this year for me.
My "norm" is normally 2 blue tits and sparrows, I did have second female building in 3 boxes and waited until she really settled down before bringing it up fully did touch on it during visits, But haven't seen her for over a week now, The male was coming to the box she brought most material into looking for her for few days before giving up.
So I am guessing she ended up dying, Sad but these little birds are so vulnerable.
I am very happy with the 1 blue tit nest and the sparrows plus all the other nests around the garden.
Can't be greedy when some members don't even have a nest this year that did last year.
