thanks for your post, that's a shame we have had a glorious day here, are gardens are also very dry, in fact i have watered the garden today.
mine love the log box, they took to it after a very short time of being mounted last year,
it has been a very different time altogether this spring.

i have just sat and watched from 6.50pm until 7.15pm, i was surprised to see one flew out of the box about 6.45, i didn't realise she was in there, not seen any sign of here returning unless she did once i turned my back i was hoping to see Martha, go in to roost
