That's the sun shining through the window which faces east Benn and it was still fairly low in the sky at the time the video was taken this morning.
I think the sunlight picked up and highlighted his glossy black head plumage.
Strangely I can identify him by his head markings - the white part at the back of his head under the edge of his 'helmet' is broken up making him look a bit unkempt in that area, but does help to tell Tommy from 2p when they are both in the box.
Hopefully got my video problems sorted now, I shall be posting anything interesting as the next two and a half weeks go by.
Good luck to all you guys out there waiting for eggs to be laid/hatched or even nests to be built - one thing about birds in the Spring is they are not always predictable!
