They normally nest at very top of one of my conifer trees Helen,
However the woodpigeon as taken that spot this year (currently on eggs) won't try and get pictures of that because It will be R.I.P Paul the height it is!
But this year they're nesting in a large bush that is by my pond against the ivy, Stands about 10 foot tall I'd say, Its an evergreen, I don't know the name of it sadly.
I'll get some pictures of it tomorrow for you and post them, You might know what it is.
I just hope the magpies don't find them!
I think they might of raided my goldfinch nest aswell not seen her on the nest all day she was 100% sitting on eggs aswell!
