I had a few of them back in 2015 / 2016 and had blue tits using them aswell show you some pics below.
I only have the one now which is for the sparrows, I just took the roof off to put the camera in then knocked all the nails out and put screws in to make it easier made a little gap for wires to come out under the roof etc.
My little sparrows seem to love this box, I don't know why but they do so I'll never change it now. Abit like your starlings benn, The sparrows now my "regulars"
