Yes Matt, I have taken some frogs with me everytime we've moved - (please don't report me as I know it's illegal now! 
) As I have found out later, in all the gardens we have had, our buyers have had our ponds dug out & chucked on the scrap heap within six months, meaning that most of our resident frogs had to try and find new homes. The same thing will happen here I suppose when we've both popped our clogs!
