I have been having same thing happen to me, With virgin though.
Not on this site, On another. Its just a scam they use to try and get you to fill out form for free gift and they then have all your details
Name, address, and so on.
If you click off it and don't fill nothing in you'll be totally fine, It isn't connected to just one site, It as something to do with your IP address rather than the site.
Mine always seem to pop up when I am on facebook browser on my phone.
