Here you go Amanda. All wood is 2cm, inside dimension of base is 11cm x 8cm and all angles are either 45 or 90 degrees (or 135 degrees, if you want to be pedantic!). I can add measurements anywhere you need, but should be enough here. If you want to make the box longer/taller then you can just add a fixed value to long roof piece and three sides. Roof overhangs 3cm at front and 2cm at each side - obviously you can adjust to preference.
Front. Note hole is 28mm here, and measurements are shown to the centre of the hole. Bottom of hole is 125mm from internal base, which is RSPB guidelines:
