It could very well be Ann, it is very early for me though if it is, as last year my first Moss was only just brought in on the 9th April in my side view box. I think my first egg wasn’t laid last year until 28th April my hubby has just informed me we are going to have a cold snap coming this week, so maybe my birds know this as they have finished the nest but today was showing some really strange behaviour!! ‘Poppy’ (decided to call the female) was calling for Zorro, he came and fed her in the box on 3 separate occasions but then she stood up & they both looked at the nestcup, as if looking for an egg, then she had a go at him and he flew out. I really thought she’d started laying as this morning she seemed to be in and out a lot, but also sat waiting a lot!! Yet, haven’t seen her since about 1pm this afternoon when it actually started to come in a lot cooler, well I hope her absence is due to the weather Elle xx
