I had same thing with Margaret last year during egg laying if you remember.
Was good job I had the two blue tit nests or I would of been even more gutted.
If she as been killed it shows how fast these things can happen and how unsafe these little birds really are!
I am just praying she pops up tomorrow, if you think she is egg laying though she should of come to roost shouldn't she?
I am so gutted for you, Please let her be okay!!
