Thanks all for the reassurances, you are all probably right, I do get over anxious until egg laying starts 
As you say Kathy another funny year, isn’t it strange how every year we have a “strange/weird” year in some way or another
as we always say, they know what they are doing but panic still sets in with me
and last year the female didn’t start laying while 9th April.
