Just to be clear, the "problem" that Chrome reports exists in exactly the same way when you access the site via Firefox or Internet Explorer, it's just that the latter two don't think it is an issue worth mentioning. Google has a thing about "HTTPS everywhere" and has recently started showing these warnings to try and push more websites in that direction. But, as mentioned before, you can solve this in Chrome in any case by just connecting to the https version of this forum.
