Making a sideview bird box

I put my sideview box up yesterday after struggling fitting the camera as I didn’t have s camera bracket. I couldn’t quite work out what I had done wrong, anyway I had put the camera upside down in my rush, so took it down to sort it.

I went to screwfix and bought some stretcher plates, 10 for £1.49 and some 4m bolts and nuts from Wickes 20 for £2.99. This has made a fabulous adjustment bracket which has the capacity to move side to side and forwards and backwards, much better that the quick release camera mount.
