Thanks all...well honestly these birds! Just had a look at the recordings for this afternoon and low and behold there seems to be a change in behaviour. Hopefully this means things are about to start in earnest. I agree it's still early days and I don't usually start serious monitoring until later. I'm just so impatient this year 
ive had one BT in the box for ages this afternoon with his/her head out of the hole and I assume if the software recorded sound I would have heard the tapping of the SOLD notice going up. But I mustn't get too excited. Docs on Monday re. blood pressure
