I think I am in the same position as you, I think the bluetits have decided on nextdoors box too. I had loads of activity yesterday, even a beak full of grass arrived in the box, I have even had wriggles in both boxes today, but I am certain it is the pair that are spending a lot of time in nextdoor box.
I did have a pair of great tits knocking around yesterday, I’ve been at work today so I haven’t seen them today.
