Nest building started yesterday, exactly the same time as last year, but she is a faffer, moss in moss out shake it all about!!  Despite lots of activity she is much further on, maybe its her first nest, will see what happens.  Exactly the same here Karen! I don't know why but this happened last year and this, but not in years before (same bird maybe??). Anyway I've never had a nest actually start proper before first week in April so now is the time. Mine has been bringing stuff in and out for 2 weeks so far and still hasn't really started.. |
