Looks like mites to me Kathy, Her full face is pretty tatty looking, However on the last video her face down one side look totally destroyed.
However today its just got few little bald patches doesn't look anywhere near as bad, So I am guessing maybe her face was wet and made it look worse.
She is still pretty tatty looking so the name will remain if she does indeed nest, So far looking so good but you never know do you.
