Have things progressed any Ann? Presuming Rose is near to incubation time 
. So strange as you say that so much work goes in to building and then they seem reluctant to commit to the actual parenting bit. I am hoping you have more updates on Ruby and Romeo and your other box and hoping it’s all good news and they are just making you wait a while.
