Loving both them Tatty heads, Atleast they have an excuse for feeding chicks, What is her excuse she hasn't even started building yet. 
I do believe its this bird from 2017 (I'll attach picture below off old video) it was also my tree box she had a real tatty face and a big bald patch on back her head.
2017 I had 2 blue tit nests and a sparrow, There was another blue tit nest around 20 foot away from this on a house wall, So alot fights happened and this tatty one didn't nest that year.
Maybe this year will be her year?
Here's the picture from 2017 if it is indeed her atleast shes had some kind of "glow up" the bald patch as gone !
