Abit of a big update with pictures from different nests so sorry for the long post!!
start with the sad news, Our male blue tits been missing for a few days now, All activity off both our females have completely stopped.
I have one near full build blue tit nest and half built one, Since the disappearance of the male the females haven't been seen near the boxes.
So I am guessing up hope on my blue tits this year, Sad because its the first time in 10 years I wont get a blue tit nest but sadly these things happen its nature!44
Luckily, I am not without nests so its completely fine. Our wrens got 2 eggs now in the old nest from 2 years ago, its been freshed up with new moss around the entrance and of course fresh feathers inside see pictures below
I am putting an IP camera set over this box, I want to get the best quality of this little nest!
Our dunnock settled on just the 3 eggs, Such be a nice little brood to easy bring up for her though picture below
And last but not least, If this picture doesn't make you laugh and smile
our robin chicks are still in the ivy near the box, This little one is always on the decking every morning its getting pretty used to me picking it up and putting it back in the ivy now look at its little face
