Hi GBH, good luck with the new house. It sounds lovely to me, but I know what it’s like when your heart is set on one home and then your hopes are dashed. I hope this turns out to be the right move for you and you find that pot of gold at the end of your rainbow. Things often have a way of working out. Look forward to seeing you settled at your new home with your bird box raring to go. Everything crossed for you
