Everything crossed here for him....lets hope it's just a technical thing. I looked at the links you posted....I'm thinking the gift idea is a great one ....maybe for my grandchildren ....but then I worried about the upset if the bird goes missing  I'm afraid that is inevitable Sammi with the thousands of miles of each migration trip. I was astounded that Larry made it back so many times. I had a strange attachment to this bird through hearing its call from my boat as I fished on gorgeous Spring days. Knowing it was Larry (they are very territorial) and how far he had travelled, for a stay for only 6 or 7 weeks to mate, always brought a smile to my face. |
