Anyone else agree it’s been quite a quiet week? - BT/GT garden activity seems more subdued compared to the first half of January. It’s been a lot colder, so I think that’s maybe had an effect. Still have my faithful GT rooster, arriving & leaving like clockwork. Suspect it’s a male as the belly stripe goes all the way to the legs? New box *still* not up yet, due to a mixture of work commitments and idle procrastination. Hoping to fix that soon. Definitely quiet for me Pete over the last week or 10 days - just a few very fleeting visits. I have found in the few years I have been doing it that visits tend to pick up a lot in Feb, then go quiet again (I think they choose in Feb), then they come back and start building (or not!!). |
