Yes,it's been very quiet without them. Sandy is coming back quite frequently to top up on the mealworms. She's a busy girl so I'm guessing there are still quite a few chicks out there.
I did call the one with deformed leg a she because her cap was lighter than the others. It was a 50:50 split, 3 chicks had very black caps and 3 were quite a lot paler. I'm not sure if it's correct,but just assumed that was the difference 🤷.Nice theory 😂
