BTO Cuckoo Tracking - My Cuckoo Larry.

in the Summer of 2015 I came across the BTO Cuckoo satellite tracking project and sponsored a bird named Larry who was caught and tagged at Stocks Reservoir, Forest of Bowland, Lancashire. I fly fish this beautiful reservoir every Spring for trout in or around the end of May and have often heard his call most Springs since. Larry is currently in Northern Congo having started his migration back to Stocks last month from Angola. This will be his 8th journey. He is getting old so fingers crossed he makes it.
