Elle, bless you, my heart goes out to you. We build ourselves up each year and when something like this happens it is absolutely gut wrenching. Please know we are thinking of you and do understand as only like minded people can do. Why we put ourselves through this each year is the ultimate question and I know how hard it is to ‘get back on the bike’ so to speak. So so sorry, wish there were some magic words but I can find none.
