Oh GBH, this is an awful situation. I so feel for you, moving house is so stressful even when it goes smoothly. Why these things take so long with all the modern technology now one will never know. It is extremely upsetting to know someone has been just messing you about for so long. I do hope you eventually find your dream home and it all works out well for you
