Sounds like it is possible Matt, I have been watching the stream on and off and havnt seen her much and it crossed my mind if she had. They often lay an egg around 5.30 to 6 at least Molly did last year then then she would leave it to dry for about an hour then come back and cover it, so it sounds plausible
