Don't give up hope Karen, as Leftie may get fed up of trying to use your neighbour's box & constantly getting chased away. If he is stubborn, he may then use your box so that he can say "nah, nah, nah" etc. to Speck meaning " OK, I can't have your box, but you're stop stopping me from becoming your nuisance neighbour!"
