Sammi 20/21

Well I was waiting to post better news but I think Jack may have lost his Jill. On Tuesday they spent many minutes just cuddling cosily in the nest. It had seemed like all steam ahead with the nest building but then all has gone quiet.
 Jack still comes in a few times a day but without any more nest material and today he  chased off a bluetit. There has been no sign of Jill in the box. On Tuesday I saw a sparrow hawk flash passed the box maybe 2ft away but I didn't see if he caught anything. As luck would have it I'd turned off the dvr for an hour or two.
otherwise I would have had a video of the hawk. Anyway hopefully Jill or Jill2 will appear soon.
