Thankyou all for the lovely welcome back, still no signs of any birds of the small kind, plenty of huge ‘wood pigeons’ who have quite clearly been stuffing their faces (or should I say beaks 
) like my hubby & I.
oh Diane, I truly sympathise with your hubby having to give up his beloved car & of course his little bit of independence, it must be awful for you both, but I think we have to be thankful for just being ‘here’ with what’s gone on, and I think the birds may be greatful that you’ve got more time to devote to them instead of gallivanting about. My fingers are crossed that you get a nest Diane and then you can spend all your time chilling in the garden watching their comings and goings
