Power splitters

 Thanks Pete for explaining it all to me. I should have checked before I assumed my sockets weren't up to it. I should have paid more attention to physics all those decades ago too  Amps...volts ???? I'm sure I used to understand it all. Anyway yes my sockets are all at least 1Amp output so I will give a splitter a go.
This is such a lovely helpful forum  Next job is to try and fix our printer  it seems the paper sensor has gone. I wonder what the chances are of me actually finding it. I do love a challenge
