Ooooh very promising sign hes cleaning it out Sammi! My little sparrows aren't around this year so far, Just the odd visit by a male. I think my must of died during autumn and winter, Which is sad after 5 years of nesting. so hopefully a new pair take up, I love my sparrows i find them more entertaining than the blue tits. i'll be keeping an eye on your box Sly on the blue tits if they get tossed out though! but that is nature I guess. I hope you get new sparrows if you're right about losing your old friends. This will be the first time ever for us although they do nest in our neighbours eaves every year. The bluetits seem to be still looking at a box on the fence so fingers crossed they can all get on
