Thanks Karen - something to go on! Here are 3x more stills from the other box, yesterday morning - again, about half an hour before Tony popped in. Of course, Tony could have been outside at the time but I wouldn't know. Also this could be a different bird altogether, but the pattern fits so well that I suspect it will be the same one:
