Same karen before this time, I never had a problem with my led lights from them but they was only small items.
They packed a 20m lead, box with camera in and box with poe injector in just brown package paper, It was always going to head for problems.
Then icing on the cake was the replacement camera being faulty, I was pissed off enough before we reached that point!
Might try them again in the future give them a chance because I would like to try different IP cameras just wasn't meant to be this time clearly!
