Busy day today, Finally swapped over my tree box with the new HD IP camera box (its same style box and colour - purple)
This box gets used every year, So hopefully this year they don't let me down when I have the IP camera!
Must say very impressed with the camera, You don't even need the LED light on to get amazing colour (I have the led lamp on a different cable didn't want it using the cameras power)
Anyway here is pictures of the new IP camera this is with no led light on bear in mind its a cloudy grey day and this was near dusk!
Put some little bits of twigs in to know when movement is taking place not going to have the camera on 24/7 you see
P.s I painted the front wall of this box inside in a cream water based paint (safe for the birds) the purple paint dripped down and looked terrible

Now on to the robin boxes, I have put 5 new robin boxes up, Be 6 in total around the garden now when you include the box the wren nest in last year.
Some of these robin boxes are hidden in the ivy or behind our big trees and some are more exposed (wrens dont seem to mind them a little exposed)
Robin box 1 this is in thick ivy its my old handykam box i'll post a picture of the ivy under it so you get an idea

Robin box 2! this is also in some thick ivy other the other side of the garden

Robin box 3! This is fence next to the shed, Its facing into the wall instead of out I thought the little wren might like this one

Robin box 4, This is down the side of the big pond behind the conifer tree / ivy

Robin box 5 this one is inside a huge conifer in the garden

Well that is me done
sorry for the super long post just a big update looking forward to see what the new season holds and seeing the IP camera in action!
