Ooops Paul, I missed your new mesage until just now & of course you have now gone into Tier 3 - so of course I feel very sorry for you and all your family, as we all know how close-knit you all are with each other.
Your poor sister too, as if she hadn't enough to worry about before. 
Please answer one question if you don't mind? Does your lovely Nan live with your parents/Aunties/Uncles - I'm hoping the answer is yes, as I can't bear the thought of her living on her own now.
