Great that you've got a rooster Karen, On the hedgehog front they are probably hibernating now.
Rescue confirmed they are going down early this year, One of mines been hibernating in one of my boxes for over 2 weeks now hasn't been out at all.
At moment its only the medium sized hogs and small that are visiting my garden, I imagine the medium sized ones will disappear soon aswell for hibernation.
