Hi everyone,
Hope you are all keeping really well, things are still bananas as far as Covid is concerned....
Just popping in to check up on you all. Great to see people are still posting! Yay!!! I'll catch up on all the post now shortly.
Well, hasn't the weather changed dramatically!!!???? - you can actually smell the cold weather now!!! Seemed to happen over night.
And with that, we got our first rooster on 29th September - A Blue Tit in the top view box....it had been brewing for a few days, and I just knew it was going to take the box.
...and we've had some great interest in our two other boxes by Great Tits also, posibbly one or two of the fledgling chicks (all three are still together by the way).... so fingers crossed, we may get a rooster or two more.
Also, just wanted to share with you my little informal Facebook page that I set up for a few close friends who suggested I should as they love seeing the updates in the garden...I wanted to keep the updates separate from my main page so as not to annoy people who may not be interested at all....but you guys are very welcome to follow the page. It is called "Brambly Ramblings".
Just a nice, pure, honest to goodness nature page, updating the goings on in our garden - no politics, religion and especially no Covid talk allowed!!!!!
