I mailed Gardenature and the answer I get from Simon was that they only supply this type of product on proof of the damaged gardenature one you currently have, you must send an image so they can see what one(flat/apex) it is. Bad luck but thats the way it is I think. However, I did buy a new flat birdbox with camera from them, next week I got it
