Birdbox wars....lol!! I'll be in the same situation myself next year...the new neighbour is in awe of our boxes...want to get one one up for next year.
Ah well!
Set up for 2020: Box 1: East Top view - Blue tit nest started 6th March, abandoned on 8th April. Queen wasp started nest 19th April - Evicted 21st April. Box 2: North Side view - no interest at all. Queen wasp started nest 13th April - Evicted 15th April - Large Spider now living there Box 3: East Top view - old Aldi box. - Great Tit nest started 19th April - 1st egg 30th April - 3 total - all 3 hatched 16th May, all 3 fledged 5th June. Garden Wildlife camera - 5th May - lucky dip!
