I think our nesting is over. When they don't nest in the cam box its hard to see how many eggs laid and hatched and fledged. Last week I only saw one and that was taken by a magpie. Even on the security cam couldn't see any fledging. Just the adults were in and out a lot. we have just left the cam boxes up to see if any venture to use them. Yes it's a bit late now Twinkle - the only answer is to cam up all your boxes to be sure  I have 3 boxes and very rarely (this year for a couple of days) have any more than my wallbox used, but they all have cameras in just in case. |
