Brian I didn't realise how dark their heads are when so young until seeing your video. Blue Tits are a light grey colour when they fledge but GT's look as though they have adult colouring when they leave the nest am I correct? Yes they look like adults only a little smaller. My camera was installed in a hurry and its only getting a small view of the nest but at least I can see them all most of the time. Probably another day or two before they fledge as they don't appear to be ready today. |
