Hi all, Caught up with everyone....seems like everyone is doing great...fledglings, new broods and soon baby hedgehogs too!
Nothing to report here really - my little 3 are fat and healthy, and seem to be doing really great...both parents still around...she doesn't seem to be sitting too often now during the day. Food seems plentiful - I still didn't subsidise with meal worms - they seem to be doing perfectly well on their own.
Fox and Hedgehog still passing through each night....and more cats investigating the food bowl too! Seems to be the same three though that have always been around, one white/black, one ginger and one tri-coloured one....as long as there is no new visitors I'm happy.
We are actively discouraging them though whenever we see them and clap our hands to scare them off.
Here is some footage from this morning - getting down to preening. Great to see they are starting to show some maturity and that their feathers are coming in. 10 days old now.
