Three hole (28mm) version, with a mix of 3-1-1 perlite, sand, cement. This is the best so far in terms of mix, really light (for concrete) and should be good insulation. Not a perfect finish on the surface but hard to achieve that with the perlite I think. Oh, and I messed up the measurement for the middle hole so it is slightly out of centre!
